Algarve Villa Holidays specialise in self catering holidays. We have many superb villas with private pools, plus a number of quality well positioned apartments, all located in the central Algarve, mainly in the areas of Vale de Parra, Guia and Galé beach.

We offer a personal service to all of our clients. Our experienced & friendly staff have in depth knowledge of all properties advertised on this website. Unlike many of our competitors we are flexible, outside the main season, with our changeover days, duration of stay and prices. We have over fifty excellent self catering villas and apartments for you to choose from. Some with last minute availability. All properties are close to the management office. This is a wonderful area of the Central Algarve, with its sunshine, warm welcome and some of the best beaches in the world.

We personally inspect all of our properties regularly, to ensure they are maintained to the high standards we insist upon for our clients. All of our properties are managed by Principal, a long established and highly respected local management company. Their office is only a few minutes from the majority of our properties. Principal provide out of hours emergency assistance.Their friendly and experienced English speaking staff can answer any questions you may have regarding all of our properties. They can also give advice on the surrounding area, including restaurants, water parks, golf etc.

There are many beautiful 'Blue Flag' Beaches (some shown on the left) and are amongst the best in the World. They are all within a short distance of ALL our properties.

There are numerous superb restaurants serving both local and international cuisine. Excellent Water parks for family fun days out, including the famous ZooMarine with its 4D cinema and Dolphin show. There is something for everyone. A great family holiday destination!
