Accomodation is good, very spacious both inside and around the pool. Excellent

Casa Barracos is zeer compleet en bij aankomst wordt je getrakteerd op wat kleine zeer handige eerste boodschapjes, koffie, thee, suiker, brood. Verder biedt het huis alle ruimte in en rondom het huis. Handdoeken zijn aanwezig en badlakens zijn er om te gebruiken. Zeker een aanrader!

Stayed here with my sister and 3 nieces in Oct 2019. The villa is very clean and as it looks in pictures. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything that you need. We spent most days in the garden and the kids loved the pool (although would pay for it to be heated next time). The bins are located about 3/4 of a mile away (unless there is one closer by that we missed) but we enjoyed our morning walks to the bin then on into Guia which is just about another 5 mins walk. There is also an English ran pup about a mile away which is really welcoming and the owner (Joe) gave us his daughter’s (Kayleigh’s) number who runs a taxi service. We were so grateful for this and used her to go to Albufeira €10 and the zoo marine €5. The pub also has a quiz on a Tuesday and when we asked for a lift back to the villa (as the kids didn’t like walking back in the dark) she didn’t charge us as we had been in the pub. If you are looking for somewhere that you don’t hear others around you and kids can make as much noise as they want without worrying it’s bothering anyone else then this really is a great villa.

ery spacious villa and quiet and private. Everything you need and more. Only downside was the beds were very hard, and although management team provided a topper we felt the bases needed to be sprung type that would make mattresses more give in them. Also the pool would benefit with a cover to keep it clean and avoid leaves and flies. But overall a very nice villa in a nice location.

We stayed here for a week and it was lush. Pool was big and clean we swam everyday! Nice big kitchen and table outside and in. Close to Guia where there is a small shop to get essentials. My parents favourite was the terrace on the roof was lovely to star gaze. Honestly best holiday we have had for years. Fast Wifi 😊
