Accommodation is all arranged on the one level: Very spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom ( with a shower inside the bath). 2 x twin bedrooms, bathroom (with a shower inside the bath). Lounge / dining room with digital satelite flat screen TV and DVD. Fully fitted kitchen / breakfast room with dishwasher and oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Door to garden and pool and dining terrace with brick built BBQ.
All bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned, for both heating & cooling.
There is a lawned area beside the swimming pool (9m x 5m and with a depth of 95cm to 2m) with Roman corner steps. The property is enclosed with walls and gates. There is an alarm system and WIFI available for guests.
BAGGAGE SAVING : Every guest will receive a pool towel for duration of their holiday, there is also a hairdyer.

Stayed here with my sister and 3 nieces in Oct 2019. The villa is very clean and as it looks in pictures. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything that you need. We spent most days in the garden and the kids loved the pool (although would pay for see more
Stayed here with my sister and 3 nieces in Oct 2019. The villa is very clean and as it looks in pictures. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything that you need. We spent most days in the garden and the kids loved the pool (although would pay for it to be heated next time). The bins are located about 3/4 of a mile away (unless there is one closer by that we missed) but we enjoyed our morning walks to the bin then on into Guia which is just about another 5 mins walk. There is also an English ran pup about a mile away which is really welcoming and the owner (Joe) gave us his daughter’s (Kayleigh’s) number who runs a taxi service. We were so grateful for this and used her to go to Albufeira €10 and the zoo marine €5. The pub also has a quiz on a Tuesday and when we asked for a lift back to the villa (as the kids didn’t like walking back in the dark) she didn’t charge us as we had been in the pub. If you are looking for somewhere that you don’t hear others around you and kids can make as much noise as they want without worrying it’s bothering anyone else then this really is a great villa.

Also the pool would benefit with a cover to keep it clean and avoid leaves and flies. But overall a very nice villa in a nice location.

We stayed here for a week and it was lush. Pool was big and clean we swam everyday! Nice big kitchen and table outside and in. Close to Guia where there is a small shop to get essentials. My parents favourite was the terrace on the roof was lovely tosee more
