Due to a large building going on behind Quinta dos Alamos resort, the rental price has been reduced.
The delightful villa is situated in the very popular Quinta dos Alamos, a residential estate, 10 minutes walk from Guia. The villa has a beautiful lawned garden, which is very private, as it is enclosed by a wall and gate. The swimming pool with Roman steps, can be heated (this is available as an optional extra) is surrounded by terraces. There is also a brick BBQ & shower.
WiFi INTERNET is available for our guests.
Accommodation: Double bedroom with en-suite, very large walk in shower room, and two twin bedrooms with bathroom. The lounge/dining room is fitted with a hi-fi/CD player, TV with MEO provider (see list of channels from standard pack - https://en.meo.pt/tv/channels-programming/channels-list/fibre?pacote=Pack+Standard) and a video & DVD. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine & dishwasher, microwave, oven & ceramic hob, fridge / freezer. There is a separate W/C cloakroom.

Stayed with Family, three generations, all were impressed. Clean, well appointed accommodation with all you could need. Good sized pool in a large garden, plenty of room for youngsters to run about, all with excellent privacy. Villa company were verysee more

Good sized pool in a large garden, plenty of room for youngsters to run about, all with excellent privacy. Villa company were very good, and sorted out a couple of self inflicted problems very quickly with the minimum of fuss.
